Items over 25kg will be delivered by a freight company or delivered directly from our suppliers to reduce costs when possible.
Shipping Cut-off Time
All orders placed in the morning are typically shipped the same day, or the next day with a cut-off time of 1pm.
Shipping Destinations
We ship orders only to physical addresses within New Zealand, including both the North Island and South Island.
Shipping Methods
- Orders under 25 Kg are shipped via a courier service.
- Orders over 25 Kg are shipped via a freight company and generally take up to 5 working days for delivery from the order date, depending on the delivery address.
- Heavy orders require accurate and fair shipping cost calculations and can only be delivered to non-rural addresses.
Shipping Costs
A final shipping rate will be calculated based on your location. This is visible before you make payment .Once you have items in your cart you will be able to view the shipping costs before you proceed any further.
Our freight charges vary according to size, and weight and post code. labor and packaging material expenses are also included. Freight charges are subject to adjustment and update to cover courier charges, packaging materials, and labor costs. Your address should be geolocated when adding items to your shopping cart, providing you with shipping costs for your region before finalizing the checkout process.

To help determine if your address is rural see the codes below. If Rural freight is not selected at check out we have the right to request that a non rural address is provided of the additional fair charges are paid to cover our costs.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on the products ordered and the delivery location. Expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 working days, excluding rural addresses. This is also dependent on the rural delivery service schedule. We strive to dispatch products on the next available courier after receiving a fully paid order. Please note that there are no courier pick-ups on weekends.
In-store Pick-ups
We offer in-store pick-ups during regular operating hours or by arrangement.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
